Something about me

Cristina McNeil was born and raised in Mexico City. After graduated from Business Administration, she decided to move to the United States in 1989. In 1997 Cristina McNeil opened her own company as a General Contractor in San Diego, California. In 2003 Cristina became a Realtor in Boise, Idaho.

Within the first year she became a top producer and is a Circle of Excellence Recipient, selling millions of dollars, Cristina decided to open her own Agency. Subsequently Cristina expanded her knowledge and Graduated as REALTOR®, obtained her GRI Designation, (Graduated REALTOR® Institute), is a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers who has gained in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate to become a recognize REALTOR®.

Passion comes with continue education. She obtained her CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, manager and brokers.

She became a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS). Only few are qualified for such credential.

Cristina it’s been in Real Estate for 18 years, she believes that participating on the growth of the Economies and Communities is important. Here are some of her designations that she has earned through the years.
